Original glass pieces were chipped on the edges in the same manner as arrow heads to fit in the lead channel. Most pieces were chipped whether needed or not.
Re leading begins as the original panel is taken apart for cleaning and repair of the glass.

New glass is cut from a matching sheet to replace broken and missing pieces.
