1. Side Shoulder Attack
Shoulder grab from the side: Trap hand on shoulder and wrap free hand over the top of trapped hand and force the elbow forward and up, putting pressure on the elbow and shoulder.
2. Blocking the Kick
Front kick to lower body: Step back right foot to forward bow stance and downward block with left hand, right in chamber then right reverse punch to body followed by right front kick to groin area.
3. Head lock A,B,C
A. Thundering hammers, head lock from side: Strike both fists, right to groin and the left to kidney, slide the left hand up the back and grab the hair or face and pull back, turn to hard bow into opponent and right palm strike to chin, throwing opponent over left leg.
B. You are down on one knee: Reach between legs and claw or grab to groin.
C. Opponent has legs together: Step hard into opponent so that opponent has to step to gain balance, then claw or grab to groin.
4. Crash of the Eagle I
Two handed choke from behind: Punch the right fist up so that the arm is close to right ear, trapping the right hand next to neck. Cross step the left foot over the right to 1, and turn right to face opponent, bring the right elbow down hard on the forearm, then up under the chin, back knuckle strike to the nose, open the right hand and chop to the left side of the neck then chop to the right side, turn right hand into claw and rake across the eyes, turn left and drop the right knee to soft bow and right hammer fist strike to groin, step the right foot to the left then back kick to bladder area.
5. Tackle Technique
Tackle from the front: Step back to 6, in square horse, with a hand guide, guide the head into an elbow strike.
6. Japanese Strangle Hold
Arm bar choke from behind: The next set of movements are to be done all at one time. Reach up with right hand and grab opponents right elbow and pull down, turn the head to the right and tuck the chin into the crease of the right elbow, step the right foot to 3, in deep square horse. Next left elbow strike to opponent
's solar plexus, hammer fist to the groin, then bring the elbow up striking under the chin. Turn out to the right to cover.7. Retreating from the Horizon
Hammer lock from behind with thumb on top: The next set of movements are to be done all at once. Grab the right wrist with your right and pull it to your right side as you step the left foot back between opponent
's feet left elbow strike to opponent's face or body. Cross step the left foot over the right to 1, and turn back to face opponent, swing the right arm in a big circle C.W. so that opponent is bent over, step the right foot back to 1, and front kick to the face or body.8. Kimono Grab
Two handed lapel grab from the front: Reach across the opponent
's hands with the left hand and grab opponent's left hand and with the left forearm trap the right hand down hard to your chest, step the left foot back to 6, in strong square horse pulling opponent's arms straight, with the right forearm strike upward to the opponent elbows, circle the right arm C.C.W. and strike down across the forearms of the opponent, bring the right hand back to your left shoulder and chop to opponent's throat, cheat step forward and right elbow strike to the head with a left hand guide, circle the right hammer fist down to the groin as you set in soft bow facing 6, step the right foot to the left foot and back kick to opponent's bladder or groin.9. Heel Hook
Attempted full nelson: As the opponent reaches under your arms place the back of one of your hands on your forehead and grab the back of your other hand placed in your hand, heel stomp the right instep of the opponent, then right heel check to the left knee, then right back kick to the right knee
10. Front Bear Hug A,B,C
A, Arms are pinned: Step the right foot back a half step and right and left thumb strike to the opponent
's groin, bring the right knee up to the opponent's groin and right palm strike to chin, then right side kick to left knee.B, Arms are free: Reach around the opponent back with the left hand and grab the hair or collar and pull the head backwards and lift the right knee to the groin and half fist punch the opponent
's throat.C, Arms are free and your feet are off the ground: At the same time cup one of the hands and eagle beak the other, strike the cupped hand to the ear and the eagle beak to the jaw, eye, or mastoid process.
11. Slashing Blade
Slashing knife attack with right hand: Step in the right foot to strong square horse facing 9, double knife hand strike to the opponent
's right forearm as he slashes at you, grab the wrist with your left hand and strike your right elbow up under opponent's chin, reach your right hand around behind the neck and pull down as you bring the right knee up to the face, then right kick to the groin hard enough to lift the opponent, step the right foot back to 5, in deep forward bow and slam the opponent's face to the floor, bring the right hand up to the opponent's right wrist and set your right foot to cat stance, circle the opponent's right arm in a C.W. movement to separate the shoulder, then right heel stomp to the neck, and pull up on wrist to dislocate the arm and shoulder.12. Locking Arm
Hammer lock with thumb on top: The next set of steps to be done all at once. Grab opponent
's right wrist with your right hand and pull to your right side, step the left foot back between opponent's feet, strike the face or body with the left elbow. Wrap the left arm around the opponent's right arm just above the elbow and lock it in tight, step the right foot back to 5, and turn to 5 in hard bow to throw your opponent over your left leg, recover your balance and either knee the face or kick to the body.13. Windmill Guard
Right step through punch: Step the left foot to 9, and draw the right foot to Cat, left hand parries across the face to the punch, and circle the right arm down in front of your groin then up and parries the punch away as you right wheel kick to the groin.
14. Reverse Hammer Lock
Left hand thumb down on your right wrist: Step the right forward, grab the left wrist with the right and pull to your right hip, left elbow strike to the right elbow, reach up with the left hand and grab the far shoulder, step the right foot to the left foot and left hook kick to the back of the opponent
's left knee bringing opponent down to his knees, step the right foot to 8, so that you are behind the opponent, grab the shoulders and knee lift to the spine driving the opponent to the floor, follow the opponent to the floor with a knee drop to the back and palm strike to the head.15. Double Wrist Grab from Behind
Two handed wrist grab from behind: Step right foot forward pulling hands to your sides then right back kick to groin or body.
16. Double Wrist Grab from Front
Two handed wrist grab from the front: Turn the hands up so the palms are facing you, and right front kick to the groin or body.
17. Whirling Blade
Thrusting knife attack to body: Step the right foot back to 6, in strong square horse facing 3, chop down to the right wrist with your left hand and without leaving contact of the arm roll the left hand around so that you grab the right wrist, with your left elbow held firmly into your ribs cheat step the left foot to 12, and right eagle beak strike to the opponent
's right eye, reach back down with the right hand to the right wrist so that both hand have a firm grip on the knife hand, step your right foot between you and your opponent and raise his arm over your head, then C-step your left foot so that you are behind your opponent and thrust the knife hand down so that the opponent stabs himself in the right side.
