NOTE: Descriptions are provided only as a reference source for techniques you already have learned. You should never attempt to learn these techniques without instruction.

1. Side Shoulder Attack

After the arm wrap: Side kick to the knee, backfist or chop to the ribs, elbow to the head, hammer to the face, roundhouse kick to the face.

2. Windmill Guard

After the wheel kick to the groin: Crescent over the arm and kick to the face, set the foot down and palm strike to the temple, switch bow stances and Eagle Wing strike to the face, back kick to the head and cover.

3. Japanese Strangle Hold

After the elbow strike: Side kick to the knee, step to bow and chop to the throat, palm strike to the head, roundhouse kick to the groin, outside crescent to the head, step in and apply strangle hold if opponent is still on his knees or punch down to the kidneys.

4. Slashing Blade - White Crane Style

Knife slashing technique: Step right forward to 12, setting in square horse facing 9, double hand chop to the slashing arm, grab the wrist with the left hand and hook the elbow with the right hand, step the right foot back to 5, pulling on the elbow, then right knee lift to the body and right front kick to the groin, step the right foot back to 5 in a strong deep bow stance and drive the face to the ground. Switch to square horse facing 2, and sweep the right hand in an arc and ridge hand strike to the opponent's elbow, grab the wrist with the right hand and circle the arm CW. to dislocate the shoulder and pivot yourself into right Cat stance, bring the right foot up and heel stomp to the neck while pulling up on the arm.

5. Knee Lift

After the side kick to the knee: Step forward and chop to the neck, palm strike to the face, cheat step in and elbow to the head, reach with both hands and grab to the hair or head and knee lift to the face.

6. Locking Arm

After the arm hook: Still holding on to the hooked arm, turn to bow facing the opponent and palm strike to the face with the free hand. Switch back to square horse so that you and the opponent are facing the same direction and bend forward at the waist, this should make the opponent resist and want to stand up. When this happens jump your feet, and strike across the chest to take opponent down, elbow strike to the face, and four-finger eye strike.

7. Reverse Hammer Lock

After the strike to the elbow: Hammer fist strike to the kidneys, circle the hammer fist arm under the struck elbow arm and across the opponent's chest, cheat stepping behind the opponent and throw over your leg, punch to the temple and kick to the ribs. Cover.

8. Crash of the Eagle II

9. Kimono Grab

After the hammer fist to the groin: Turn back and palm strike to the face and claw to the eyes, kick to the groin, knee lift to the face, skipping side kick to the body to finish.

10. Heel Hook

After side kick to the knee: spin to the left and back kick to the head, right knee drop to the chest and four-finger eye strike, jump up and over the body and left knee drop to the throat and palm strike to the face, step over the body and back kick to the head. Cover.

11. Sumo

After the hammer fist to the groin: Turn back to face the opponent and four-finger eye strike and palm the face, cheat step forward and elbow strike to the head, pivot to soft bow and hammer the groin, step up and back kick. Cover

12. Pushing the Circle

After the chop to the throat: Cheat step in and elbow to the head, soft bow and hammer to the groin, turn to bow and reverse to solar plexus, front kick to the groin. Cover.

13. Rising Elbow

After the throw over the leg: Turn to the right and back kick to the head, jump up and knee drop to the chest and punch to the face, kick to the ribs as you cover back.

14. Opponent's at Sides

After the palm strike to the second opponent: Skipping side kick to the first opponent, back fist to the head, grab the hair and knee lift to the face. Back kick to the other opponent, turn to forward bow and reverse punch to the body, grab the hair and knee lift to his face. Cover.

15. Dancer

16. Clawing Sparrow

21. Sucker Punch

Right step through punch: Step to 11, with left foot and inside block with left arm, right uppercut to the ribs, C-step the right foot the opponent, and hooking the right arm with your right, hip throw and right elbow to the head. Cover.

22. Strike the Temple

Right punch: Step to 11, with the left foot and inside block to the right punch and press down on arm as you right palm strike to the opponent's temple, left hook to the ribs, cheat step the right foot back to 6, and grab the opponent's right wrist, right wheel kick the groin, and step the right foot back to 6, lock out the opponent's right arm and left forearm strike to the elbow. Cover.

23. Over Head Attack

Over head club attack: Step in the left foot and upper block with the left and grab the wrist, C-step the right foot in behind the opponent's right leg and right hand grab the opponent's throat taking him down over your leg. Grab the right hand with both of your hands and break the wrist as you right heel stomp to the ribs. Step the right leg over the opponent's right arm, locking the arm between your legs and jump turn to your left and break the elbow.

24. Left, Right Combo

25. Choke the Chicken

Right step through punch: Step the right foot to 11 as you parry the punch with your left hand in left soft bow, turn to your left in square horse and left elbow strike to the ribs, turn to your right and right elbow strike to the kidneys, cross the left foot over the right and grab the opponent's left shoulder with your left hand and the right shoulder with your right hand, right knee lift to the spine, step down the right foot and wrap the right arm around the opponent's neck and bring backwards on to your knee, then choke out.

26. Ringing the Bell

Front kick: Step the left foot to 11, and redirect the leg past you, in right soft bow. Turn square horse facing 2, and left hook to the kidneys, cheat step forward to 12, and clap the hands over opponent's ears and claw the eyes, step the left foot back to 9, in Back stance and pull opponent on to your right knee, right hand chop to the throat, then throw opponent down to the ground, left knee drop to the throat and left hammer fist to the jaw or temple. Cover.

27. Attack from Above

Over head club attack: Step the right foot forward to Cat stance, and right upper block and grab the wrist. Right snap kick to the body, step the right foot down to 1, and pull down on right arm and left forearm strike to the elbow, trap the right arm into your right side, and right palm strike to the groin, pivot to your right and left elbow strike to the back of the head, turn to your left and right Eagle Wing strike to the opponent's face, knee drop and kick the ribs. Cover.

28. Hair Grab

Attempted hair grab: Step the left foot to 11, and with left on top upper cross block to the attempted hair grab, grab the wrist with the left hand and jump step the right foot to 10, and spin to your left and left hammer fist to the body, left side kick to the knee, grab his hair as he goes down, pull back and knee to the spine, stomp down on the Achilles tendon and chop to the throat.

29. Hay Maker

Round house punch: Step in right foot to 12 and set in square horse facing 9, double hand chop to the arm, grab the wrist with the left hand and right chop to the temple, left hand claw to the eyes, grab the back of the neck with the left hand and pull down, grab the hair at the top of the head with the right hand, reach over the right hand with the left and grab the opponent chin and spin the opponent's around. 30. Choke and Croak

Two handed choke from the rear: Punch both hands up into the air, and dance step the left behind the right. Right elbow strike to the head, slide the left hand down the opponent's left arm and right palm strike to the elbow, reach the right hand to the opponent's face, and right kick to the back of the opponent's left leg and pull back on face at the same time. Right knee drop to the opponent's left collarbone as you pull the left arm over your left thigh.
