1. Sumo
Two handed choke from the front: Jump up and bring your arms up to the outside of the opponent
's arms and bring your elbows down hard on the forearms, landing in deep square horse, thrust your fingers, palms up, into opponent's throat, C-step the right foot forward to square facing 9, and right elbow rising strike to the chest, shift the right foot to soft bow, and right hammer fist to groin, step the right foot to the left and back kick to body or groin.2. Pushing the Circle
Wrist grab: Opponent grabs your right wrist, step in the right foot to 12, pull the right hand back to under your left arm pit, with the left hand guarding the face, circle the left hand back and grab the left wrist and right chop to opponent
's throat, raise the left arm and right soft bow and hammer fist to groin, then back to square and chop to right armpit.3. Rising Elbow
Bear hug from behind with arms pinned: Step the right foot to 3 in square horse, left hammer strike to groin, then circle the left leg close behind opponent's right leg and claw upward with left hand and elbow strike under opponent
's chin and right hammer fist strike to the bladder as you pivot to hard bow facing 9.4. Opponent
's at SidesTwo opponent
's at each side: First the opponent on the right, step to 3 with right foot and chop to throat, cross the right foot over the left hiding the right palm behind your head, turn to square horse facing 6, and right palm strike to opponent on the left side face.5. Dancer
Bear hug from behind arms pinned: Dance step the left foot behind the right and left hand chop to opponent
's groin, turn to face opponent and ridge hand to groin, knee lift to groin and right palm strike to chin, cross the right over the left in strong square horse facing 12.6. Clawing Sparrow
Two handed choke from the front: Step the left foot to 12 and drive the thumbs between the opponent
's arm into his eyes, striking the knuckles into his cheeks, drop the right elbow down onto the solar plexus, as the opponent's face come forward claw with the right hand down the face and body swinging the arm behind self, then swing the hammer fist back to the groin, keeping the left arm in front of self for cover.7. Hair Grabber
Hair grab from the front: Reach up with both hands over opponent
's hands and interlock your fingers, clamp your hands around the opponent's hand and squeeze hard and right kick to the groin. Step the right foot back to 6, and bend forward applying pressure to opponent's wrist.8. One Hand Behind
Right hand to left shoulder from behind: Reach the right hand up and trap the right hand on shoulder, step back the left foot to 6, and pivot to square horse to face 9, wrap the left arm around the opponent
's right arm, with the left palm up strike to the opponent's chest or armpit, this should separate the shoulder.9. Lever
One handed lapel grab: Trap the right hand with your right hand and step the left foot to 12 in square horse facing 3, inside block with the left arm to the opponent
's right elbow, then sink deep in square horse and roll down on opponent's arm, keeping the hand trapped on your chest, with your left hand claw to the face then elbow strike down to opponent's neck.10. Crashing Elbow
Right step through punch: Step to 11, and left inside block as you set in square horse facing 1, turn back in hard bow to face 11, and right elbow strike to the ribs, then turn back in hard bow to face 5, and right backfist with left hand on fist through the kidneys.
11. Bridge
Two handed choke from behind: Reach up with both hands and grab the fleshy part of the thumbs and pull hard down on your chest at the same time drop into a deep square horse, step the right foot to 10, crossing the hands over your head as you turn back to face the opponent. Right front kick to the opponent
's inside of the right knee then step to 3 with the right foot and turn hard to square horse to face 12, punching the right hand to 3 and raising the left hand over head, thus breaking the opponent's right elbow over the left arm, finish with right elbow to ribs or solar plexus and hammer fist to groin.12. Eagle Beak
Shoulder grab from the side: Trap the hand on the shoulder then eagle beak strike the brachial nerve (located between the biceps and the triceps in the upper arm) then strike the armpit then rake down the ribs.
13. Scimitar
Right punch: Step to 11 and inside block with left arm, as you set in square horse facing 1, then with both arms up at 90
E turn to 11 in hard bow and left backfist the face followed by a right knuckle rake, then turn to face 5, in hard bow and right backfist followed by a left knuckle rake, then left back kick to knee.14. Breaking the Cross
Two handed choke from behind: Reach up with both hands and grab the thumbs and pull down to chest as you jump down into square horse. Cross the right foot behind the left, ducking the head down and under the arms, pull the arms so they cross, then bring the right knee up and strike to the crossed elbows to break, then step the right foot down between the opponent
's feet and with left hand guide right elbow strike to the opponent's head while turning to hard bow back to face 12, right elbow to solar plexus and hammer fist to groin, back kick to finish.15. Attacking Circle
Two attackers one at 1, and the other at 7: Right front kick to groin of opponent at 1, then left back kick to the opponent at 7, cross the left foot over the right and step the right foot to 1 and right backfist to first opponent.
16. Aiming the Spear
Opponent is punching a right, left combination: (this is a jamming technique) As the opponent step in with his right foot to punch the right fist, you step the right foot forward and torque to square horse facing 9, and right palm strike to the chin, and bring the left hand up to your left temple. You should look as if you were aiming a spear. Then switch to left soft bow and left half fist strike to the opponent
's throat, bringing the right hand back to the right temple.17. Anvil
Two handed lapel or two hand wrist grab: Step the right foot back to 6, and double outward block, this will free your hands or break the lapel grab. Next right front kick to the groin and as you set the right foot forward double palm strike to the cheek bones or chest area.
18. Spiraling Wrist
Bear hug from behind with arms free: Make both of your hand into eagle beaks and strike to the top of the opponent
's hand then strike your elbows down hard to the arms to break the grip around your chest. Next place your finger of both of your hands on the palm of the opponent's right hand and the thumbs on the top, cross the left foot to 1, and turn back to face the opponent, keeping the hand trapped to your chest, then step the right foot back to 1, leaving the hands in the air in front of you, and right front kick to the opponent's face, set the right foot down and drive downward with your hand to break the opponent's wrist.19. Half-Moon and Stars
Double wrist grab from behind: Pull your arms down tight to your sides and cross the left foot over the right to 2, turn to face your opponent this will break the grip on the left hand, with the right arm you will half circle that CW. and uppercut to the chin then left reverse to the solar plexus, left front kick to finish.
